Key responsibilities include developing and managing project schedules using Primavera P6, conducting Critical Path Analysis, managing budgeting and forecasting, and producing comprehensive performance reports.
The role involves leading, mentoring, and managing a team of planners, schedulers, cost controllers, and analysts, while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and clients to ensure successful project outcomes.
