Job Summary
The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in all facets of store operations, developing and promoting a sales culture by creating individualized and complete solutions for every guest and providing outstanding guest service experiences.
Key responsibilities include ensuring products are easy to see and buy, building sales through product and gaming knowledge, maintaining a clean and organized environment, and growing guest loyalty.
Full-time store positions are eligible to participate in incentive programs, 401(k), paid time off, dental, vision, and health insurance.
