Job Summary
This role combines technical expertise with storytelling to translate complex requirements into compelling solutions for the public safety community.
Candidates will partner with Account Executives to lead discovery, configure platforms, and manage technical validations for 911 centers and emergency agencies.
The position offers a fully remote work arrangement with up to 75% travel required to represent the company at industry events and customer meetings.

Must-have
8+ years public safety or PSAP operations experience
Expertise in NG911, CAD, RMS, and ESInet systems
Proven track record in pre-sales solution design
Ability to lead RFP/RFI responses and technical demos
Deep understanding of PSAP workflows and procurement cycles
Nice-to-have
Experience presenting to boards and elected officials
Strong storytelling skills for non-technical audiences
Comfort operating in high-growth ambiguous environments
Hands-on troubleshooting with Wireshark and network tools
Cross-functional collaboration with Product and Engineering
