Job Summary
This role leads the design and delivery of world-class high-performance buildings for military installations using ICON's proprietary concrete 3D-printing technology.
The successful candidate will ensure strict compliance with DoD Unified Facilities Criteria (UFC), IBC codes, and anti-terrorism/force protection standards.
As a direct contributor and leader, you will mentor project teams to produce comprehensive drawing packages aligned with both ICON's architectural standards and federal requirements.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
8+ years architectural experience
5+ years MILCON project experience
Licensed Architect in US jurisdiction
Proficiency in Revit and Rhino software
Expertise in DoD UFC codes and AT/FP guidelines
Nice-to-have
Experience with Mason & Hanger or AECOM firms
LEED accreditation or WELL certification
Familiarity with Enscape and Navisworks tools
Background in resilient and sustainable design
Knowledge of advanced performance modeling
Key Requirements
Professional degree in Architecture from accredited institution
Minimum 8 years total architectural experience
Minimum 5 years specific MILCON or federal facility experience
Valid Architect license in a US jurisdiction
Strong Construction Administration background including RFIs and submittals
