Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field
3-5 years progressive experience in program or project management
1-3 years managing complex, multi-project programs
Proficiency in program management software
Strong knowledge of program management frameworks
Ability to lead large, cross-functional teams
Advanced analytical and strategic thinking skills
