Job Summary
The Employee Benefits Account Manager is responsible for retaining and expanding client relationships while facilitating the sales cycle to achieve client goals.
This role involves directing and mentoring Associate Account Managers to ensure service standards are met and benefit sections of the Game Plan are executed.
