Job Summary
The primary purpose of this position is to provide routine daily nursing care and services to assigned residents in accordance with each resident’s assessment and care plan, and as directed by nursing supervisors.
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and oral care.
Accurately document care provided in charts, flow sheets, and notes.
