The position requires extensive travel of over 90% within the home country and internationally, often with short notice and potential offshore assignments.
Candidates must provide expert technical guidance, conduct root cause analysis for equipment failures, and ensure strict adherence to health and safety policies.

Must-have
Trade qualified Electrician or Electrical engineering degree
Hands-on experience with SFC and VFD drives
Knowledge of Medium Voltage power systems and harmonics
Proficiency with test instruments like oscilloscopes and power analysers
Willingness to travel 90%+ including international and marine environments
Nice-to-have
Experience with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC)
Literacy in computer programming languages
Fluent oral and written English communication skills
Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities
Ability to interface with upper management levels
Key Requirements
Trade qualified Electrician or Bachelor's/Master's in Electrical Engineering
Solid understanding of Power Electronics and Electric Circuit theory
Hands-on skill with test instruments and electrical equipment replacement
Good literacy in at least one computer programming language
