The Dispatch Specialist I is responsible for managing dispatch functions for crisis line services, including dispatch of mobile crisis teams and crisis transportation.
Responsibilities include receiving and dispatching teams/clinicians timely and effectively, maintaining awareness of team needs and safety, and documenting all interactions in the electronic health record.
