The Quality & Test Coordinator is expected to bring the end-to-end test and quality management across the Agile Release Train (ART) to the next level, driving alignment between development, testing, and operations in a hybrid delivery environment (Agile and Classic).
Champion quality across the software lifecycle, focusing on monitoring & observability, incident response, and robust release and deployment practices.
A highly collaborative, hands-on team player who builds strong partnerships across geographies and functions, especially with the Domain Test Manager in Singapore, Release Train Engineer (RTE), and Journey Lead in Zurich as well as the Product Owners and Scrum Masters is essential.
