Job Summary
As the Director, Deal Enablement at Axon, you will be a key enabler of the company’s commercial excellence — ensuring that our deals are structured, priced, and executed efficiently.
You’ll establish and manage the day-to-day operations of deal enablement for sales to our major account customers, partnering closely with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Customer Success to streamline the Quote-to-Cash process.
This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, operational rigor, and a deep understanding of SaaS and hardware-based commercial models.
