Job Summary

  • The North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services is responsible for ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of all North Carolinians and supports special populations including individuals who are deaf, blind, developmentally disabled, and mentally ill.
  • This position supports the Money Follows the Person program by serving as the central administrative and coordination support for transition activities across the state, working closely with the MFP team and Medicaid partners.
