Key Requirements

  • Graduate of Health Care Aide program
  • Minimum 500 hours theory & practicum (Ontario & Alberta)
  • Experience working with seniors

  • Interpersonal and customer focus skills
  • Personal care duties skills
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support and First Aid certification recommended
  • Ability to perform necessary tasks (e.g., lifting/transferring)
  • Vulnerable Sector Check (within six months)
