Job Summary

  • The Instructional Designer role focuses on translating business and educational needs into engaging, effective, and high‑quality learning solutions aligned with the company’s strategy and quality standards.
  • Your responsibilities will include: Designing end‑to‑end learning journeys (blended learning, classroom training, digital learning, social learning, and learning on the job) based on learning principles and instructional design methodologies (e.g. ADDIE).
