Job Summary
Be part of a multidisciplinary team built with compassion and the goal of Moving Health Forward for you and our patients.
Assists in planning, organizing, developing, and implementing the activity program in accordance with current federal, state regulations and local standards to ensure that an ongoing program meets the interests, the physical, the mental, and the psychosocial well-being of each resident.
Connects with the community by sharing duties of transporting residents to and from clinic appointments, shopping, or other community events.
