** SNFJobs is seeking a full-time, remote caregiver to provide routine daily care to residents while adhering to care plans and reporting changes in their condition. The role involves a variety of tasks aimed at ensuring residents' comfort and well-being. **

Job Summary

  • The primary purpose of your job position is to provide each of your assigned residents with routine daily care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan, and as may be directed by your supervisors.
