Job Summary

  • Fresha is the AI-powered operating system for the global beauty, wellness and self-care industry, connecting salons, spas, fitness studios and health practices worldwide.
  • You’ll work closely with the Global Head of Talent, Senior Talent Partners, and hiring managers to deliver a strong end-to-end hiring experience and build teams that drive growth.
  • This is a hands-on role in a fast-moving environment where you will leverage AI tooling, build AI agents, and use data to continuously improve hiring processes.
