The Director, Plant Manager drives an operational excellence culture for the plant, managing the discipline of SQDCG (safety, quality, cost, competitiveness, growth) to enable top-line revenue growth and bottom-line profitability.
Key responsibilities include owning full plant manufacturing operations, leading the plant leadership team to deliver the Annual Operating Plan, and fostering a high-impact continuous improvement culture by embedding Lean, RBS, 80/20, and PDCA thinking into daily operations.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
Minimum of 10 years’ manufacturing operations experience
Minimum of 7 years leading and managing people
Proven successful applications of multiple continuous improvement tools
Advanced operational acumen with strong financial acumen
Knowledge of Continuous Improvement/ RBS tools (Green Belt in Lean Six Sigma, Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma) strongly preferred
