Job Summary
Prolific is building the biggest pool of quality human data in the world for AI developers and researchers.
Participants will evaluate AI-generated content related to job descriptions, compensation benchmarking, and employee policy interpretation.
Researchers pay up to $50 per hour for tasks requiring one hour of uninterrupted work.

Ability to translate complex HR workflows into structured tasks
Exceptional written communication skills with attention to detail

Proficiency with Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, ADP, or Oracle HCM
