  • The Shift Lead will supervise the operations of the unit by organizing the activity/workflow of the plant and making the interface with other teams.
  • Supports the facility’s unattended control room model by monitoring and responding to alarm conditions when ‘on call’ and investigating operations issues.
  • Responsible for site emergency management issues and coordinates with maintenance teams on the safe handover of equipment.
