  • You will advise key clients on vendor engagement, IT arrangements, and the impact of data protection and privacy laws on IT initiatives.
  • The role involves providing support for M&A transactions, partnerships, and joint ventures, including data segregation, commercialisation, IP, and transition arrangements.
