Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing preferred
State Board of Nursing good standing
3 years supervisory experience preferred
Microsoft Suite proficiency required
PCC software knowledge preferred
Nice-to-have
Ability to deal tactfully with personnel
Willingness to incorporate new methods
Strong rapport building with families
Experience with MDS assessments
In-service training program development
Key Requirements
Graduation from Accredited School of Nursing
Maintain State Board of Nursing license
1-3 years supervisory experience preferred
