  • Lead the execution of supplier assessments, drive both corrective and preventive actions based on supplier maturity and performance levels.
  • Manage operational supplier quality, both on-site and off-site, ensuring the thorough execution of supplier qualification and development processes.
  • Responsible for the daily work planning, task allocation, coaching, staff motivation, and performance evaluation of the SQE team.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering
  • Over 5 years of SQE experience
  • More than 2 years SQE team leader experience
  • Familiar with stamping, machining, PCBA manufacturing
  • Proficiency in quality tools (PPAP, SPC, FMEA, MSA, 5 Why, 8D, Six Sigma)
  • Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Clear oral and written communication skills
  • Good English proficiency
