Owns and manages the contracts and change order process, working proactively with Project Leads and Business Development to ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintains ownership of the contract process, negotiating and preparing contracts, and analyzing contract changes to support the overall scope.
Develops internal stakeholder relationships, works independently with Project Leads and Customers, and updates records in CRM and CCM systems daily.
