Key Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in technical support for Enterprise SaaS
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
  • Experience with Zendesk
  • Strong understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs, firewalls)
  • Proven experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS)
  • Familiarity with VoIP/telephony systems troubleshooting
  • Experience with log analysis tools
