Key Requirements
4+ years of experience in technical support for Enterprise SaaS
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
Experience with Zendesk
Strong understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs, firewalls)
Proven experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS)
Familiarity with VoIP/telephony systems troubleshooting
