Broadridge Business Process Outsourcing LLC is seeking a Technical Lead - Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) in Manila, Philippines, to manage and enhance their fintech platform's reliability and DevOps practices. This hands-on role requires extensive experience in SRE and cloud infrastructure, particularly with AWS and related tools.

Job Summary
Act as the technical subject matter expert for reliability and DevOps practices across our fintech platform, remaining deeply hands-on while guiding a small SRE team.
Design, build, and maintain secure, highly available, and scalable infrastructure, writing and maintaining Infrastructure as Code, automation scripts, and CI/CD pipelines.
Lead response to high-severity incidents, facilitate root cause analysis, and drive implementation of preventive and long-term reliability improvements while defining and tracking SLOs, SLIs, and SLAs.
