Skills & Requirements
Must-have
5-10 years real estate sustainability experience
Decarbonization and energy program management
Strong understanding of MEP system design and controls
Experience with Building Performance Standards compliance
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis
Nice-to-have
Master's degree in engineering or sustainability
Experience with IES VE or EnergyPlus software
Knowledge of ENERGY STAR or Zero Carbon certifications
