Job Summary

  • The position will lead efforts for improving usability of the AmphiBac database through development of an R package and/or python-based package.
  • The successful applicant will help design and develop a web-based query-able database to understand previously found bacterial isolates and their potential functions.
  • Job duties will include developing code-based tools associated with DNA sequence data and designing a query-able online database.
