The Technical Sales & Applications Program (TSAP) is an early-career development program designed to prepare new graduates for customer-facing technical roles within NXP’s Global Sales & Marketing organization.
Participants engage in structured learning and on-the-job training including customer meetings, technical reviews, and demos to develop skills for long-term careers as Technical Sales Engineers or Field Applications Engineers.
Upon completion, graduates transition into permanent roles with opportunities for career advancement into systems, solutions engineering, or leadership positions.
