Base: $166,350 - $201,571; Bonus/Equity: Additional incentive cash and stock opportunities available; Benefits: Health coverage, 401(k), paid time off, and wellbeing support

Must-have
Terminal degree in medical science required
Minimum 4 years Field Medical experience
Lead team of Medical Science Liaisons
Manage clinical trial support activities
Ensure compliance with FDA and PhRMA regulations
Nice-to-have
Cell therapy or rheumatology MSL experience
Experience coaching and mentoring FM teams
Ability to work in ambiguous matrix environment
Strong scientific communication skills
Track record managing multiple projects
Key Requirements
Terminal degree (MD, PhD, PharmD, DNP, PA-C)
5-7 years clinical/pharmaceutical experience
4+ years Field Medical experience
3+ years Cell Therapy or Rheumatology MSL experience preferred
