Job Summary

  • You will act as a strategic partner for two key Airbus entities in Ireland: Airbus International Services (AIS) and Airbus Financial Services (AFS).
  • As Head of HR, your main activities will include: Team Leadership, Strategy, engagement and transformation, Employee relations, HR Lifecycle Management, Budget & Reporting, Process Improvement, Compliance & Values, Diversity & Inclusion, Representation.
  • We are looking for a candidate with 5 to 7 years of experience in senior HR roles, preferably within the aviation sector, with at least 2 years of proven experience in team development and management.

Key Requirements

  • 5 to 7 years senior HR experience
