Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • 3 years counseling or bereavement experience
  • High School Diploma or Associate's Degree
  • Telephonic donation approach skills
  • Donor Risk Assessment Interview (DRAI)
  • 40 words per minute typing speed

Nice-to-have

  • Social Work or Counseling degree background
  • EMT or ER/ICU tech experience
  • Experience in OPO or Tissue environment
  • Strong emotional intelligence and empathy
  • Palliative Care or Death Doula certification

Key Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED or Associate's Degree
  • 3 years experience in counseling/bereavement/crisis intervention
  • 1 year experience with donation approach in OPO/Tissue environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office and electronic data entry platforms
