  • The Director of Staff Development is responsible to plan and implement facility orientation, job skills training, in-service education, and a Certification Training Program for nursing assistants as required by regulations.
  • This role involves working with the Director of Nursing and Administrator to ensure the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times, and also includes providing direct resident/patient care.
  • Key responsibilities include coordinating staff recruitment and hiring, managing payroll and benefits, planning and conducting drills, and organizing in-service education programs for all facility staff.
