Job Summary
As a Career Development Specialist, you’ll play a key role in providing services related to Compass 180 Hybrid and supplemental in-cell assignments through cell-front instruction for eligible participants who are in restrictive housing.
Provides facilitation of pre-release connections with community providers and employers through face-to-face and technology-based interactions to include pre-release job search, recruitment, and placement activities.
