  • Establish and manage an effective business development program to maximize organizational growth, directing activities from identification through contract award.
  • Manage staff in accordance with organization’s policies, including planning, performance appraisal, and professional development.
  • Research and identify target markets, build relationships, perform in-depth presentations, and execute implemented plans for IQVIA service Lines.
