Job Summary

• Oversee and coordinate the daily warehousing activities, implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer service standards to meet and exceed performance expectations.
• Assign daily planned activities for the warehouse, monitor inventory and shipment transactions for accuracy, and achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching, and assuring quality of goods.
• Measure and report on the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employee performance, communicate job expectations, coach employees, and determine staffing levels to ensure efficient operations.
