Job Summary

  • Serve as a named resource and trusted advisor for Salesforce’s public sector customer organizations, forging deep relationships and understanding their needs to maximize value from their Salesforce investment.
  • Act as the Marketing Cloud Subject Matter Expert, responsible for orchestrating all Signature outcomes, experience, renewal, and expansion, while nurturing relationships with customer IT and business executive leadership.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Product Management to drive customer success and growth, providing proactive guidance, feature adoption advice, and acting as an advocate during high severity case resolution.
