Job Summary
Serve as a named resource and trusted advisor for Salesforce’s public sector customer organizations, forging deep relationships and understanding their needs to maximize value from their Salesforce investment.
Act as the Marketing Cloud Subject Matter Expert, responsible for orchestrating all Signature outcomes, experience, renewal, and expansion, while nurturing relationships with customer IT and business executive leadership.
Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Product Management to drive customer success and growth, providing proactive guidance, feature adoption advice, and acting as an advocate during high severity case resolution.
