Job Summary
The CMBS origination team underwrites loans secured by commercial mortgages that are securitized in CMBS transactions.
The role involves financial modeling and deal review of loan requests, preparing Loan Review Forms, Preliminary Underwriting/ Cash Flow Models, and Asset Summary Reports.
The team is responsible for creating and maintaining a database of static information for all Conduit and SASB Deals issued since 2015.
