Key Requirements
Degree or Diploma in Social Welfare/Social Science or similar
Minimum of two years' experience in a similar role
Understanding of barriers for young people in state care
Ability to work in a culturally safe, trauma-informed manner
Proven experience in case management, assessment, counselling, and crisis intervention
Strong interpersonal and networking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High-level computer literacy
Ability to work flexibly, independently and as part of a team
