Employees must report all changes in resident condition, accidents, incidents, and suspected abuse or unauthorized disclosure of protected health information immediately to supervisors.
The role requires assisting residents with daily functions such as bathing, dressing, eating, and mobility while ensuring their room and personal needs are met.
