Job Summary

  • This role leads the strategy, planning, integration, and delivery of assigned transformation imperatives and their outcomes – ensuring alignment with enterprise priorities, accountability for measurable outcomes, and timely resolution of barriers.
  • Partnering cross-functionally with business and functional leaders, the Director serves as the central owner for their segment’s imperative management – working hand-in-hand with both the Executive Sponsor and VP, Strategy & Transformation, connecting strategy to execution, enabling progress visibility, and ensuring sustained results.
  • Partner with Change Management and Communications teams to develop engagement and adoption plans for each imperative, ensuring consistent messaging and understanding across stakeholder groups, enabling readiness and buy-in.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Strategy, Operations, or related field
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in transformation, program management, strategy
  • Proven ability to lead complex, multi-year enterprise initiatives
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and executive communication skills
  • Skilled in navigating ambiguity, influencing cross-functional teams, and managing change at scale
