Job Summary

  • Lead the end-to-end scoping, planning, and reporting of IBM/SOX audit, ensuring the right scope of entity/ market / controls / FSLI are in place to deliver efficiently, manage risk, and meet regulatory, quality, and timeline commitments.
  • Deliver Year-End Certification and provide memo for the Disclosure Committee, and develop and maintain annual and cycle-level controls testing audit plans.
  • Drive continuous improvement in scoping and planning methodologies to enhance efficiency, reduce duplication, and strengthen risk coverage, working with a solution minded focus and leveraging digital innovative solutions.
