Key Requirements

  • 4 years of experience designing, administering, and delivering training programs
  • Bachelor’s degree in Training & Development, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field
  • Experience training hourly workforce employees (preferred)
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 (preferred)
  • Experience with TWI and ADDIE methodologies (preferred)
