Key Requirements
4 years of experience designing, administering, and delivering training programs
Bachelor’s degree in Training & Development, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field
Experience training hourly workforce employees (preferred)
Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 (preferred)
Experience with TWI and ADDIE methodologies (preferred)
