Key Requirements

  • Associate's Degree (or 60 credit hours) in IT, Criminal Justice or similar
  • 3 years experience in security CMS, EOC or dispatch center as front line leader
  • Experience responding to alarms
  • Experience monitoring hardware/software
  • Experience with Emergency Response protocols
  • APCO Public Safety Telecommunicator 1 certification within 12 months
