Job Summary

  • As a Lead Advanced Security Service Technician, you will have the opportunity to lead and manage a team of field service technicians, providing technical guidance and support.
  • You will report directly to our Field Service Manager and the role will be based out of our Kanata, Ontario location reporting to one primary customer site 5-days a week.
  • In this role, you will impact customer satisfaction and operational efficiency by ensuring that our field service team delivers high-quality service and technical support, thereby enhancing the overall customer experience.
