The Reporting & Insights Lead is responsible for defining, governing, and continuously evolving the global FP&A reporting and insights landscape, serving as the central point of contact for all FP&A reporting matters globally.
This role will shift reporting from descriptive to insight-driven performance analysis, partnering with FP&A teams and business stakeholders to identify gaps, detect blind spots, and generate actionable insights.
The position requires acting as a strategic partner to the Digital & Transformation community, translating business reporting requirements into scalable digital solutions and driving automation to reduce manual dependencies.
