Job Summary
Serve as the link between factory operations, the Central Operations Team, and the central SAP & Digital Technology (DT) organization to ensure digital solutions reflect manufacturing needs and integrate with SAP.
Represent factory operations in IT and SAP initiatives, translating operational needs into business requirements and assessing/improving existing operational systems.
Collaborate with IT to implement, test, and deploy SAP-based digital tools, ensuring proper documentation and user readiness through training.
