Job Summary
The Patient Care Technician (PCT) provides designated direct and indirect patient care activities under the direction and supervision of the licensed clinical team members.
May collaborate with all clinical departments (a/k/a/telehealth) and designated staff at the patient's site for the purpose of facilitating and assisting with telehealth encounters between patients and providers.
