The ideal candidate should possess at least ten years of law firm or in-house litigation experience, a Juris Doctorate degree, and strong strategic judgment

Job Summary

  • Manage strategies and tactics of complex, high-stakes litigation matters including products liability, intellectual property, mass tort, class action, and MDL (but excluding PFAS matters).
  • Provide proactive & strategic advice on areas of developing legal risks in external business & legal/regulatory environment.
  • This position provides an opportunity to transition from other private, public, government or military experience to a 3M career.
