Job Summary

  • Greet clients and pets warmly and professionally, answer multi-line phones promptly, and schedule appointments and procedures efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate client and patient records, provide education on basic pet care, and manage client communications including reminders, follow-ups, and emails.
  • Process invoices and payments, balance cash drawer, and assist with end-of-day reconciliation while maintaining knowledge of routine service fees.
